Tampines Retail Park started in 2006 with 3 big warehouse size businesses operating on the location, namely IKEA, Courts Megastore and Giants Hypermarket. Located between 2 major estates, Tampines & Pasir Ris, Tampines Retail Park served as a place to go for residents for their daily necessities, home appliances as well as furnitures to beautify their homes.

Because of the large size of each venue, shoppers are spoilt by the numbers of products choices available. It become a central point of go-to location to grab whatever they need in their daily lives.
